What is an INTERAC e-Transfer?
If you use online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution, you can send and receive money quickly and easily. Email or text messages carry ONLY the notice while the financial institutions securely transfer the money using existing payment networks. If your financial institution does not yet offer INTERAC e-Transfer, you can still deposit transfers to any bank account in Canada.
How does it work?
To pay your membership through Interac e-Transfer, you first need to be registered for online banking through your financial institution. If you are, then you should be able to send an Interac e-Transfer. Once you log on to your personal banking account, you select Interac e-Transfer from your menu and follow the steps indicated. The bank sends an email to the recipient (ICTA in this case) through its site and we receive our money from you. It really is that easy. It is very safe and completely secure. If possible, please indicate how many teams you are paying for.
Anyone wishing to pay by Interac e-Transfer should send their payment to . For security reasons, you will be asked to enter an answer to a question that we will know the answer to. The answer to that question should be ICTA (please enter it as you see it here in red).
