2026 ICTA Spring Members Meeting

Date: Monday, March 30th, 2026
Location: Sobeys Stadium, Main Media Room
Time: 6:00 p.m. Registration — 6:30 pm Meeting Starts

Please note:
- Only ICTA members who have paid their registration fees will be allowed to attend. You can register and pay your fees here.
- Two representatives per ICTA Member Club may attend.
- Club Representatives can send a proxy to the meeting.
- Any Club Representative can only hold one proxy (2 votes total).
The proxy can be directive, which means you can indicate which way the proxy is to vote for your club. The proxy must be sent to the ICTA Secretary, Manny Libramonte, by no later than 48 prior to the commencement of the March 30th meeting.
